L-1

a non-immigrant
visa
used
to enter the
United States
for
the purpose of working in the country. L-1 visas are available to
employees of an international company with offices in both a home
country and the United States, or which intend to open a new office
in the United States while maintaining their home country interests.
The visa allows such foreign workers to relocate to the corporation 's
US office after having worked abroad for the company for at least one
year prior to being granted L-1 status. The US office must be a
parent company, child company, or sister company to the foreign
company.

Regional Sponsored visa is a provisional visa is for applicants who
cannot meet the point based threshold for skilled independent migrant
visa. The
basic requirements of this visa is to get sponsorship either from a
sponsoring State/ Territory or eligible relative living in designated
area. Applicants should also meet the points test by scoring 65
points on Australian immigration points test. This visa is designed
by the Australian government to address skill shortages in designated
areas of Australia. The Skilled Regional Sponsored visa is a
provisional visa only and applicants under this category must live
for two years and work for at least twelve months in a Specified
